When I start my system, the start up sequence always opens
the system 32 file on my screen. From what I can tell no
problems occur because of it, but it is an annoyance.
Would like to debug the start up procedure to find what is
causing this to occur. I have cleaned up the start up
files in Administrative and All users to only those files
(shortcuts) absolutely necessary. Any ideas? Thanks in
advance.

What's the "system 32" file? I know of no such file. Where is
it located? Is it an executable? Perhaps a virus?

Greetings --

This can be caused by a blank entry, such as can be left behind by
an incomplete program removal, in the
HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run and/or
HKCU\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run keys.
