System 32 appears when login

Every time I log into my computer, system 32 opens
automatically. Sometimes upto 3 times whereafter I have
to close it manually.

Why does it occur and what can I do to rectify it?

Assistance is urgently needed.

Are you sure you dont have any unrelated stuff at
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run]
