SYSFAN speed: 0 rpm

I opened my computer to see what was wrong and it is in
fact working fine, but when I boot my pc it says "SYSFAN
speed:0 rpm.

it's causing my pc to keep reseting, freezing, beeping
and stuff, so what's wrong? How do I fix it? I would
appreciate help greatly.
 
You'll probably have to contact the manufacturer or seller for that problem.
