sys.reg on my computer

I'm not sure how to delete this sys.reg thing from my registry, I'm aware
and understand safe mode's function as that is my only way to keep
computer w/out rebooting and it seems to really grind and the like, when I
am even operating it, etc....
Is there anything anyone can suggest that I might do or apply in order
to rid this virus or could it be harbored long enough now, for 2
mos...etc. that the damage has taken fully over (?)
Also, I am not a programmer, merely, it's my personal computer at home
and is (was) about only recreational activity, for the most part, I
enjoyed, which, incidentially, has proven to be not so enjoyable or that
too, has been, for the most part, ruined by those that enjoy doing
that...etc...
Anyway, thanks**

You need to delete the line from the registry. Run regedit.exe and navigate
to
HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run

and delete the Reg_Sz string
sys regedit -s sys.reg

Alternately this tool may help you now and in the future.
