Syncing the system time

Has anyone been able to sync their system clock recently?
When I try to sync to time.windows.com, I get a message saying the
peers stratum is less than the hosts stratum, and when I try
time.nist.gov it just says there was an error.
Any help would be appreciated.

Try using an alternate time service. Either tick.usno.navy.mil or tock.usno.navy.mil are good alternatives. Just copy and past one of those into the Server box in the Date and Time Properties control.
