Syncing Software

I just got a Sandisk Minicruzer USB flash drive. It comes with Sandisk's
CruzerSync software (30 day trial vresion). But nowhere on Sandisk's website
can I find out the cost of upgrading from the trial version. I'd like to
know that before installing the trial version.

1) Does anybody know the cost of upgrading CruzerSync?

2) Does anyone have any recommendations on other good synching software.

3) Anybody tried SyncToy for Windows XP?

If you had searched the the you would have found out that it costs £34.95 or
$59.95

- You can use this by making use of CygWin http://www.cygwin.com but
there are some Win32 installers out there that bundle what you need
together to get this going
