Synchronizing Calendars without Exchange Server

I use two computers and two calendars - a desktop at the office that uses MS
Exchange Server for email, calendaring, etc.. and a laptop at home that is
not connected to that (although I can connect to it via a VPN). I use a
Blackberry that syncs email and calendar items with the office desktop via
the MS Exchange Server. What I want to do is to have Outlook send an email
from one account to another in order to alert me if a calendar change is made
in one calendar (so that, for example, I can enter an appointment on my
Blackberry, have it synced to my desktop automatically as it already does,
and also send a message to my personal e-mail account so that I can create a
calendar entry in Outlook on my laptop).

Is there any way to do that?

Thanks.

I don't know of any way to have Outlook do that automatically without you
writing some VBA code. Can you sync your Blackberry to both PCs? Perhaps
something here might help:

Thanks. I will investigate the third-party applications; I was hoping that
there was something hidden in Outlook but it sounds like there is not.
