Synchronize Mailboxes

I have Outlook 2003 on my desktop and on my laptop and wonder of there is a
way to synchronize the mailboxes between these to keep both up-to-date?

I have looked at several of the third paty tools and ask if someone has
experience with these?
Looking them over I see EZOutlook Synch Pro at $59.95 to appear to be the
most flexible and easiest, but see no reviews.
