Synchronization Issues

I have Outlook 2003 and keep getting these synchronization logs for the
offline address book. No matter what options I take that I found in the HELP
menu, I cannot stop theses messages. Does anyone have any ideas what I have
to do to end this? I get about 100 to 200 a day.

9:48:48 Synchronizing Mailbox "my Name"
9:48:48 Synchronizing Hierarchy
9:48:48 Done
9:48:48 Microsoft Exchange offline address book
9:48:48 0X8004010F
