Sync errors

Every time outlook sends/receives i get a sync error. I have copied the error
message below. Can someone tell me what i have to do to fix this. Thanks

First, I would update Outlook with all relevant Patches and Service Packs.
Your version is far outdated.

I also getting the same errror. What patches and service packs do i need to
apply? I'm recently updated Exchange 2003 to SP2
