GAL not showing up.

I have ONE machine on my network of 130 or so that won't pull down the GAL.
It also won't show up anywhere like the Address Book properties etc... The
following is the error that we get:

Is there something in the Local Security policy that might have been
changed? (there's one of our staff that loves to tweak the policy but won't
admit it)

It looks like you are a hosting company and using the HeOABUpdate to run
your oab generation. 0X80004005 translates to MAPI_E_CALL_FAILED. It shows
that it read the changes from the active directory just fine.

You can turn up diagnostic logging for MSExchangeSA\OAL Generator and check
the application log. I am sure you will see that it generates just fine. I
would also turn up logging from with-in Outlook. Permissions on the OU's can
some times cause this problem with HMC #. You can refer to this blog for

If your clients are using the msExchUseOAB value, make sure that their
particular OAB for that company actually generated fine. If it didnt, there
will not be any files for the client to download.
