Syncronizing Issues - Getting Offline Address Book Error 0X8004010F

I am running Exhange 2003 and Outlook 2003. Recently, I switched two
users over to use Cached Mode so that they could run the Junk Mail
filters, among other things. Since then, both users have gotten sync
issue notifications everytime they send/receive. Here is the sync log:

Any ideas? I have rebuilt the Offline Address Book on the Exhchange
server, but that did not seem to help.
