If you configure Outlook to use a PST file, then you can
copy this across machine to machine.
I download my PST file to a disk on key each day from my
office PC and upload to my home laptop. If the file at
home changes, then I will do the reverse.
If you choose this option, it is essential to develop a
fixed routine so that the sequence of downloading and
uploading the 'latest' file is never missed. Otherwise
you will lose data.
