synchronize device database with PC database

Hai,

In my device application, I'm having one database. I want to
connect the device with a pc using some ethernet cabel. PC also having
same database with same structure and table. Whenever, we are doing
some changes in the device database, it should refelect the PC database
also. Its like a synchronization of the database.

From PC database i have to take some printouts. How can we do this
using VB.Net and Windows CE.

If anyone having any idea please guid me.
