Synchronization of Notebook and Desktop...?

Howdy,

What is the best approach to synchronizing Outlook on my
notebook and Desktop?

I ask because I have wrestled with a particular
synchronization tool for months with little success, and
(more than) occasional disasters.

Now, I wonder if it makes sense to simply copy my PST file
from one machine to the other when I travel.

I have also considered copying my NOTEBOOK.PST over to my
desktop after a trip, then opening it in my desktop's
Outlook, and copying the relevant messages over to the
desktop's PST.

In any case, I would welcome any tips on this seemingly
endless hassle.

Sincere thanks,

Ultimately I think some variation of copying your PST back and forth will be
the best solution.
