Synchronize my desktop outlook file with my notebook computer

Have Outlook 2003 on both my desktop and my notebook.
I connect the two over my Microsoft Network (peer to peer network).
I want to be able to synchronize/update my Outlook on the notebook with the
main Outlook on my desktop.
Can I do this?
