Sync between XP and WIN2K

hi to u all helpers
i an using on a workgrup win XP and Win2k
any idea how can i sync folders and fils betwin this 2
computers
most fils and folder are on "MY DOCUMENTS"

I don't know about synchronization - can't check that over here.

But why don't u define a partition or a folder as a 'shared resource' over
the network, and place all your files in here? This way you don't have
duplicate files, and use half the storage capacity.
