SWTICH USER SHORTCUT

Am hoping to find a Switch User Shortcut key that can be put on users desktop
to automatically switch to the OTHER user without all the fuss and button
pushing.

Am using VISTA ULTIMATE
 
In windows xp you always hit windows key +L to change back and forth..Dunno
if it works on Vista..................Just my 3 cents............
