Switchboards from scratch

All of the switchboards that I have created have been templates. I just
modified them to meet my needs.
I'm not a developer, just a good copier.
How do I go about making one from scratch?

It is found up in the menu bar.

I actually just use a regular Form rather than a Switchboard per se....also
up in the menu bar under options you can set StartUp to open a specific
Form....

You can find lots of stuff post by Jeff Conrad to include one by me. Mine
has extra buttons. He post it because it displays a title for the menu page.
