switchboard

I have a Switchboard added to STARTUP.
I’d like to activate ‘something’ from the MAIN Switchboard that allows me to
use a password to open the next Switchboard.

The database is a very simple one used for data entry and reporting written
completely in ACCESS.

ALL ideas would be appreciated.

Thanks!

Why would you add a password to a switchboard? A switchboard is simply a
menu. If you password a menu, the user might still have access to the
actual tables, reports, forms, and queries. Who cares if they can see the
menu, as long as they can't do anything in it.

FYI - there was a post just yesterday or the day before that DID address how
to add passwords to switchboard. Go back and find that post. It even
included a link to some code that you can copy and paste.

But again, not sure I would add cumbersome passwords every time my senior
employees wanted to access a high-level menu.
