SWITCHBOARD - need help opening another switchboard

I have a Switchboard added to STARTUP.
I’d like to activate a macro or ‘something’ from the MAIN Switchboard that
allows me to enter a password and when accepted a call is made to open
another Switchboard.

The database is a very simple one used for data entry and reporting written
completely in ACCESS.

ALL ideas would be appreciated.

Create your username / password form and upon a successful password have the
form open your switchboard form (menus).

Have the username / password form called from your startup.
