Switchboard problem

I created a Switchboard, then went to Tools-Startup, in the Display
Form/page, I selected the Switchboard to open upon startup. I did not want
the toolbars to be accessible, so consequently, I deselected all the checks
for: Allow for Menus, Allow Default Shortcut Menus, Display database Window,
Display Status Bar, Allow built-in Toolbars, Allow toolbar/menu changes.
This was obviously a bad decision - now I cannot access the "normal" menu
bar. F11 will bring up the backend (tables, queries, etc), but limits the
menu bar to "File", "Window", and "Help". Is there a way to get back to the
"Tools" option (either a shortcut or full menu) so that I add back all those
checkmarks?

Hold down Shift while you open the application. That will enable all those
things temporarily so you can change your startup options.
