Menu Bar verses Switchboard

I have posted questions about switchboards and don't get many replies so I am
going to rephase it. Here goes. I have different users that require different
switchboard menus. Since the backend holds the switchboard file I am unable
to change a frontend switchboard menu without changing the file on the
backend. I don't want certain users to see anything other then two forms. I
can use different menu bars but these guys are accustomed to the switchboard
menu.

You could build a menu form with command buttons that mimic a switchboard.
The buttons could activate event or macros to open new form as submenu with
command buttons, run reports, operate other function just like a switchboard.

The only thing it is harder to make changes than updating a switchboard item
table.

I think I will use a different toolbar. It may be more natural to use it
than the Switchboard menu. Thanks for your reply.

Move the switchboard table into the front end.
