Report wont work after adding to Switchboard

I've created my database recently and it is currently in use, but it is a
working project. I've added a new report with a corresponding table, query
and form. I tested it and tested it and it worked just fine, until...

I added the form and report to the switchboard and when you open the form to
add, it doesn't show the records I had entered before adding it to the
switchboard and the report wont show any of the records I entered before
adding it to the switchboard as well. Nor will will it show any I entered
after adding to the switchboard. Any help is appreciated!

Are you using the Switchboard ctreated by the built-in Access
Switchboard manager?

If so, there are 2 ways to open a form using the manager.
1) Add records (This only allows the entry of new records)
2) Edit records (This allows editing old records as well as
entering new records)

Most likely you selected Add records.

To change the setting, either:
1) Use the manager to edit the switchboard. Change OpenForm Add to
OpenForm Edit records.
or
2) Open the Switchboard Items table and change the Command field's
value for that ItemText from 2 to 3.
