If one user is logged on, other users are not able to
access their accounts. The screen just goes back to the
main user screen. It doesn't tell you which user is
currently logged on. Any suggestions?

Have you tried Control Panel/User Accounts, then clicking: Change The Way
Users Log on and Off, and enabling: Use Fast User Switching?

Yes, Fast User switching is on. This just started a week
or so ago.

Try restoring from a System Restore Point just prior to when the problem
started. (Start button/All Programs/Accessories/System Tools/System
Restore/Restore My Computer to an Earlier Time)
