Switch off computer

In windows XP, when I log off then turn off computer, the screen says
(bottom left hand in red) turn off computer? well it should, only my
daughter had a friend round and it now says all kinds of garbage.
Does anyone know how I can change this message back to plain simple
text.. turn off computer?
Lesson learnt here, stop childrens friends messing about!

If you use Pro Edition, it could be an assigned logoff script in Policy.

(start/run, type : GPEDIT.MSC)

then also:
start/run. type:

HH ms-its:%windir%\Help\SPconcepts.chm::/gptext_logoffscripts.htm
