Text when shutting down

Hi
I wonder if anyone can help me.
When I am closing computer down, bottom left hand side of screen says (
or so it should! ) *TURN OFF COMPUTER * in red, which when pressed turns
off computer.
But I wondered if any one knows how to change that text, it doesn't say
TURN OFF COMPUTER anymore, as someone visiting changed this message, and
I cannot find out how to change it back to the correct wording.

Goto:
start >> control panel >> system
Then click the tab named "Computer Name"
Rename and click ok.. then log off user and you will see the change.

Hi and *thank you* for your reply.
I have tried changing comp name in system, but it still doesnt change
the text next to the switch off computer icon, this is the icon that
comes up after user has logged off, on the bottom left hand side of
screen.
I just cant find where to change it to read 'turn off comp' again.
