What are you doing at the time the error occurs?

Are there error in Event Viewer before this error appears?

Please post a full copy of the error.

A tip for posting copies of Error Reports! Run Event Viewer and double
click on the error you want to copy. In the window, which appears is a
button resembling two pages. Click the button and close Event Viewer.
Now start your message (email) and do a paste into the body of the
message. This will paste the info from the Event Viewer Error Report.
Make sure this is the first paste after exiting from Event Viewer.

Hope this helps.

I think you may need to reinstall the Windows Installer.

When you install Money or Games for Windows you receive an error message
that includes error 1305, 1308, or 2263, or you receive another Windows
Installer error message

Windows Installer 3.1 v2 (3.1.4000.2435) is available
