I found many times this error and i tried to find out the solution: I
MADE IT!!!
This is a service that failures and generate an error in the Event
Viewer application under Administration Tools menu.
I found for example:

"The Windows Image Acquisition (WIA) service terminated unexpectedly.
It has done this 9 time(s)."

I disabled the Windows Image Acquisition (WIA) service under
Administration Tools/Services and... that's it!
Good!
