SUS Client Error on Win2k

When Trying to install the SUS Client on a Windows 2000
Professional PC, I get the following error:

Microsoft Windows Update Auto Update requires Windows 2000
SP2 or Windows XP.

I am running Windows 2000 Professional SP4, why will this
not install?

Hi,

take a look at the SUS Client Website.

It says: "Note It is not necessary to install this
Automatic Update if you are running Windows 2000 with SP3
or later because it is already included."

Maybe this is the "problem". But I'm running into this
error, too. But under Win XP Pro (SP 1a).

No info if the SUS Client is included in Win XP SP1 or
later.

Has anyone an idea?
