KB 302629 informs me that there is a repair macro in a
template called Support9.dot. It does not exist on my
Windows 2000 Pro CD and asks for a 2000 Premium CD.

1. can anyone send me a copy of Support9.dot or tell me
how to download it?

2. what is the Registry Key of the Word file cache so
that I can repair it by hand.
