After 5-10 minutes on internet computer freezes. Only thing that seems to
remove the problem is rebooting. Upon shutting down a program called
SuperMWindow pops up and needs to be shut down first. It appears that this
SuperMWindow is the problem. Is there a fix to remove this from the
computer?

SuperMwindow is malware.

UPDATE your antivirus software and run a full system scan.

UPDATE whatever anti-spyware applications that you have and run a full
system scan with each one.

You might want to start in Safe Mode to run your antivirus and anti-spyware
software.

Running a full system antivirus scan or anti-spyware scan in Safe Mode can
be a good idea. Some viruses and other malware like to conceal themselves
in areas Windows protects while using them. Safe mode will prevent those
applications access and therefore unprotect the viruses or other malware
allowing for easier removal.

You need to install an antivirus program that works and is kept updated.
Your computer is infected with malware.

It's a rootkit, I found it from a second operating system in the
windows\system32 folder there were 3 randomly named main files and
backups of each with a BAK1 extension, A 778 KB ini , a 27kb dll and
275kb dll. It kept downloading virtumonde and two other trojans. It
didn't show up at all in task manager and none of my security tools
found it, I kept getting the superMwindow at shutdown. found it by
checking the dates created.. there were about 6 files with a recent and
nearly identical timestamp. Never checked to see if they show up in safe
mode. The files were invisible in normal mode. It also created something
in the local settings\temp folder.
