"Suggest names...." feature does not work

Hello everyone,

I have a little problem. There is an employee who's complaining that each
time she gets onto her outlook, the names do not get filled in automatically
in the "To:" field. For example: she sends an email to me for the first time,
my email address gets saved in her outlook.nk2 file so that in future, she'll
only have to type in a few letters of my name in the "To:" field and rest
would be filled in automatically. This works for the current outlook session.
But each time she closes outlook and comes back in, she has to type in my
whole email address again.

Any suggestions?

Thanks

It sounds like her N2K file is damaged.

Either that or the profile.
In either case creating a new profile will fix it.

That means nothing.
It is more often the profile that is corrupt and has lost its connection to
the NK2 file.
As I said, create a new profile.
