Outlook 2003 - Automatically Saving Email Addresses

Hello,

One of my fellow employees is using Outlook 2003. She has a feature enabled
to
automatically 'remember' the email address of the sender of an email that
she received.

e.g. 'Bob'<[email protected]> sends you an email
- his email is automatically stored somewhere in Outlook 2003
- when you send 'Bob' an new email, you type 'Bob' into the 'To' field,
and 'Bob'<[email protected]> automatically appears in the 'To'
field.

She is receiving special emails called "RPost Registered Emails" [see:
http://www.rpost.com]. She also has the ability to send "RPost Registered
Emails" from her Outllook 2003, as she has installed a special RPost-Outlook
plugin.

RPost acts as an intermediatary between an email Sender and a Receiver.
The Sender sends an email to the Receiver via RPost (Sender->RPost->Receiver).
So, RPost re-routes the email to the intended recipient.

There is a feature in her RPost plugin, called "Registered Reply", which
allows her to send a registered email to someone (via RPost), and that
someone can send her a reply which will be sent back to her via RPost.

i.e. When she sends an email
Sender-->RPost-->Receiver
When the Receiver replies back to her
Receiver-->RPost-->Sender

Here is a portion of the message header of the email that she received when
someone sent her a "Registered Reply" email:

Return-Receipt-To: "Adithya Bhagavatula"<[email protected]>
Reply-To: "Adithya Bhagavatula"<[email protected]>
Disposition-Notification-To: "Adithya
Bhagavatula"<[email protected]>
X-Confirm-Reading-to: "Adithya Bhagavatula"<[email protected]>
From: Adithya Bhagavatula<[email protected]>
XRPost-ID: G1013116252254x1

In the above, the "FROM" field contains the Sender's original email address
<[email protected]>.

The "REPLY-TO" field contains an email address
<[email protected]>
used by RPost to re-route the email back to her (which was from the sender).

Now, since she has the feature enabled to automatically save the sender's
email address for any email she receives, the RPost-based email address:
<[email protected]>
is saved into her Outlook (2003), which is 'suggested' by Outllook whenever
she types 'Adithya Bhagavatula' in the "TO" field of a new email message .

The problem, however, is that she has "Adithya ...'s" real email address is:
<[email protected]>, not the RPost-based address.

Is there someway to still automatically save the sender's email address from
all emails received, but ONLY save the email address stored in the "FROM"
field in that email's message header?

For instance,

save <[email protected]> (in the "FROM" field)
instead of <[email protected]> (in the "REPLY-TO" field) ?

Many thanks,
Nuwan
