suddenly can't read response from sender and only my question show

i had been receiving messages just fine from this one person and randomly i
noticed a message from this person ended up in my junk email. I created a
rule to always send to my inbox.

From that point on, when i receive email which he sends in "plain text" and
i have been using HTML, i can't read his response but my question is there.
When i go online to my isp, i am able to view his response so i forward it
to myself.

I deleted the rule in junk mail, righ clicked on his email and changed
internet send format to "plain text" but still can't view his responses in
outlook ONLY!

Hi,

Instead of creating a rule to send in your inbox, just try adding his domain
name in your safe list option available in Outlook. Let me know if this
works.

already did that and still can't read his responses.
I have never had this happen and this one person is the only one i am having
a problem with?

I have Outlook 2003.
i've only had this problem with one person. i thought i had fixed problem
because i delated and then re-added his email to reive sender list and domain.

I was able to receive and read his emails in Outloook after doing above and
suddenly today when he sent me an email with an attachment, i can't read his
responses. i have to to my online ISP to read. I can read his response,
however, on the little window that pops up on your desktop upon receipt.
it's just not showing up in outlook inbox?????
