Subnet issue

Hi all i am facing issue with creating new scope in windows server 2012:(

i have created a dhcp server on windows server with the details

below.

ip address 192.168.137.1

subnet mask : 255.255.255.0


now i am creating a new scope its not letting me do

i am creating a new scope with 192.168.137.211

or any its not let me create

but if am selecting

10.1.10.100

to

10.1.10.200

with subnet 255.0.0.0
its created but when i am using the same on my added client windows 7 enterprise it is not able to ping to primary machine

plz suggest me ..

help me

I'm no expert but have you increased your IP ranges on the hub or router to allow for .211

Just a guess? Sorry I can't help any further
