what happen to me?
i uninstall and re-install (install higher version too) but cant resolve
this problem...
what happen?

You've got a faulty macro or add-in running at start-up.

in MS word i cant use ctrl+o,ctrl+s and cant use icon open,save etc...
but i can save when i closing program O_o

Try renaming the Normal.dot template to Normal.old (without Word running)
and then re-start Word.
