I'm not interested in furthering piracy at all. But the way that I see
it is when you buy a movie you have bought the rights to possess it,
not the rights to possess it as long as the media survives!

Any lawyers out there?

You mean that the people that make the movies have a right to protect them

Oh, then you must mean that you think you have the right to backup
*other's* copyrighted, copy protected movies. You probably don't if you
have to bypass CSS. Isn't that why 321 Studios was forced out of business?
