DVD Decrypter (v3.5.4.0)
has a ISO file burning engine built in in the program.

-------------------------------------------------------
Decrypt the DVD with DVD Decrypter
and save the ripped disc as a ISO file
and then burn it with DVD decrypter

Hi CoMa
I have a dvd (The Blue Planet Disc 2) that I just can't copy/decrypt
successfully
I have tried DVD Shrink, DVD Decrypter and DVD Fab Decrypter and they
all throw up burn errors

Would you have any idea what's I might be doing wrong?

Decrypting puts a video image on your hard drive. Start NERO , select
it and burn.

Maybe this small program can help you
http://www.videohelp.com/~FixVTS/

FixVTS is a very tiny tool that allows you to adjust
your DVD files into better DVD compliance, so they
can be opened in DVDShrink or vobblanker.

Try using DVD Fab Decrypter , then use VOB Blanker, then DVD Shrink(if you
use dvd5). Then burn with Nero.

Hello CoMa

Used FixVTS on the DVD Decrypter files and ran Nero, but it failed
Then I ran DVD Shrink on the FixVTS files and it gave me a perfect
burn. Not exactly sure what got changed

Many thanks for your help

I'm glad I could help you.

Btw.
The program authors at Slysoft.com liked FixVTS so much so
they included the code into there shareware program AnyDVD.

The FixVTS author has also a very cool program called
MenShrink
http://www.videohelp.com/~menushrink/
MenuShrink is a small app that lets you compress DVD motion menus
by turning them into still menus with or without audio.

Use MenuShrink after ripping your DVD to your harddrive
but before you using DVD Shrink.
MenuShrink will be able to free a significant amount of
space in the DVD, which DVD Shrink can put to good
use to improve the quality of your backup.

I use DVDFab, ShrinkT5 and IMG Burn for those disks that DVD Shrink
won't handle, but what am I missing by not running VOB Blanker? (I
burn good platters, but I haven't gotten very far into what actually
goes on in there.)
