Parallel printer prints all files. Any usb printer
installed will print any file but Word and Notepad.
Printers were working before. Have all latest
upgrades.Deleted and installed two different printers. The
printers sound like they are printing, but page comes out
blank. Stumped, Thanks
 
Was stored away a couple of months. Then downloaded and
installed critical xp updates
 
Was in storage(Grand-daughters) nothing upgraded on it 2
years since owned-downloaded and installed xp critical
upgrades
 
Cartridges have probably dried up ..... try removing them and wiping the
underside of them carefuly with an alcohol wipe (or similar).

If still nothing, then replace the cartridges.
