stuck in a reboot loop

7 days ago my computer was working great i come home from vacation
flip tha switch and find it runing quite slow.i tried to check tha
processes cuse not to long i had to number those down.but tha task
manager was having trouble opening from tha speed problem. so i
restarted and have been in a reboot loop ever sence. i've tried safe
mode and am running on xp
