stuck e-mail

Using Vista, Windows Mail. I have msg stuck in Draft folder. Have read all
advice for fixing msgs stuck in out folder. http://oehelp.com/WMUtil - is
given as cure. Will that work with Draft folder also?

No it will not clear the drafts folder, that message can be marked as read
and ignored in there, until a fix is released.
 
No, WMUtil can only clear stuck messages from the Outbox
