Strange problem

I have a Windows 200 Terminal Server as a meember of a
Windows 2003 Domain. When some of my users log into the
terminal server is authenticates and begins to login and
suddenly proceeds to log out. The admin account works
fine. I have added the user to the local admin group, but
still it does not work.

Any suggestions?
