If any domain user (including domain admins) logon to my
terminal server, they receive
"The RPC server is unavailable."
The terminal server logs event id 1219
"Logon rejected for HQ\fred. Unable to obtain Terminal
Server User Configuration. Error: The RPC server is
unavailable."
If I reboot the server, people can logon for about 15
minutes and then the errors start again. Users can log on
with an account that is local to the terminal server
without any problems. The terminal server is Win2003. The
domain controller is Win2000. The terminal server has been
working fine for a couple of years, and then all of the
sudden started disallowing domain logons.
Anybody seen this before?
