Strange outlook receiving email problem

I

New to this forum, hopefully you guys can help. One of my customers was
having a weird issue... the whole building is on a network/domain.
Everyone is set up to use outlook/ pop3. Nobody is having problems
except two employees. For some reason they can't receive emails from
each other. Using web mail everything works fine. Creating emails from
the web mail the email is sent and received in outlook. But sending
emails from outlook do not make it to the other persons outlook. Now
the weird part is that these two people communicate just fine with
everyone else. They can send and receive emails from everybody else as
well. I have checked all spam options/ junk email options/ reset there
accounts and even added both their emails to the trusted sites and
still am having the issue. I reinstalled outlook and reset their
accounts. The only thing that remains the same is the .pst file.

Did you check the smtp server's logs and confirm the messages made it to the
server and into the mailboxes?

This may not be helpful, but is it possible these two people have a local
address book entry for eachother that is incorrect (incorrect e-mail address
or the like)?
