strange logon problem

last week one computers (winxp sp2) in my organization that suddenly takes up
to 7 minutes to login the windows and novell netware 6.5 network. If I
disconnect the network cable, it logon fast and normal. I switch novell
client to microsoft client service for netware. I get much fast. But We need
novell client to fix the pc Anywhere and other application liscense issue in
our working environment. We have a few computesr with same novell client and
same network environment,they work perfect. I tried login different users, it
did same thing. Any idea will be very appreciated.

How many computers are in your organisation? How identical to each other are
they? What differences are there between this computer, and the others? Do all
computers run Novell Netware V6.5? What about the network - how does everything
connect? Any difference in the physical network connection, between the problem
computer, and the others? Details here are essential.

Chuck,

There are about 25 computers in our organisation. 5 computers are identical.
There are no difference between them. All run Novell Netware V6.5, no
difference in the physical network connection, between the problem. I try
different network card and different cable. There was no luck. Any idea what
the difference is between Microsoft client and Novell client? Other computers
except this problemed computer run fine with both client.
