strange internet problem... need help

Recently, my mom started to not be able to go on certain websites (eg
pogo.com, there.com) but i still could. now, she is blocked out of most
websites, including google, yet i still can, and we're both in the same house
on the same router. she did a virus scan with nothing showing up. neither of
us can figure out whats wrong, we;ve tried turning off firewalls, pop up
blockers. can someone please help?

I should add that we ran spybot, and it removed a few IP hijackers, which
fixed google, but she still cant get on clubpogo.com, while my computer can.
i checked and that site isnt https, so i dont think its ssl. we dont use PPoE
either.

thanks! the first utility didnt do anything, but the hometownohio.com one for
windows xp fixed it perfectly. kudos!
