strange e-mail problem in Office 2003

Can't receive e-mails from some addresses although they've been working for
years. They're not in junk or spam and are showing sent at the other end.
I've remove Norton just in case but no change. I've also added these
addresses to safe sender and recipient lists. HELP!

What kind of account is this? Do you have web access to the mail
server. If so, can you see the missing messages there? If not, then the
messages may have been rejected by the mail server, not Outlook.
