strange com+ event error

these started happening after a reboot of the windows 2000 SBS. everything
seems to work fine on the server but i get this errors evevery 1 min.

application log:
event id: 4097
The run-time environment has detected an inconsistency in its internal
state. Please contact Microsoft Product Support Services to report this
error. *** Error in __FILE__(926): Application image dump failed.

system log:
event id: 10010
The server {02D4B3F1-FD88-11D1-960D-00805FC79235} did not register with DCOM
within the required timeout.
