I have no idea what this error means. Can anyone help me? Thanks.

From Event Viewer (Application Log):
Failed to initialize the needed objects. Error Specifics:

No Callback,

From COM+ Applications (Component Services):
An error occurred while processing the last operation.
Error code 8004E00F - COM+ was unable to talk to the Microsoft Distributed
Transaction Coordinator

Nevermind! I found the answer!

(1) Go to the command prompt
(2) Change directory to C:\windows\system32
(3) Type: msdtc -uninstall
(4) Restart PC
(5) Go to the command prompt
(6) Change directory to C:\windows\system32
(7) Type: msdtc -install
